बागपत की रहने वाली रिमसा अल्वी एक उभरती हुई एक्टर के रूप में सामने आई है और उन्होंने बॉलीवुड फिल्मों में आते ही धमाल मचाना शुरू कर दिया है। उनकी मूवी को दर्शक काफी पसंद कर रहे हैं। रिमसा अल्वी पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ डांसिंग, मॉडलिंग व एक्टिंग में काफी शौक रखती हैं। उनकी पहली मूवी खानदानी बहू आई थी जो अभी तक वन मिलियन वन लाख पार कर चुकी है। इसके अलावा दो बड़ी मूवी तकदीर व बटवारा भी काफी हिट हुई है और दर्शकों ने इन फिल्मों को भी काफी पसंद किया है। इसके अतिरिक्त उनकी कई छोटी मूवी है, जिसमें वह विभिन्न रोल करती हुई नजर आती है। देहाती आशिकी के चोचले गोगो की गर्लफ्रेंड जैसी उनकी कई कॉमेडी वीडियो है, जो दर्शको को हंसाते हुए लोटपोट कर देती है।
उन्होंने वैभव सर और शुभम सर के निर्देशन में डांस सीखा है और अब हाल ही में उनकी मॉलीवुड के मशहूर अभिनेता संतराम बंजारा के साथ एक नई मूवी आने वाली है, जिसमें उन्होंने बन्नो गाना गया है। जल्द ही फिल्म का टाइटल भी दे दिया जाएगा। मॉलीवुड फिल्मों में कदम रखे हुए उन्हें अभी केवल पांच महीने हुए हैं, लेकिन पांच महीने के अंतराल में इतनी सारी मूवी में काम मिलना, यह उनकी कामयाबी को स्वयं ही बयां करता है। गेटवे इंटरनेशनल स्कूल में इंटरमीडिएट की छात्रा रिमसा अल्वी ने कई डांस शो किए हैं। बागपत में हुए बिग टैलेंट कॉम्पिटिशन में उन्होंने डांसिंग व मॉडलिंग में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया था। साउथ की एक मूवी में उन्हें आइटम सॉन्ग मिला है, जिसकी शूटिंग के लिए वह जल्द ही चेन्नई जाएगी। फिलहाल वह एक डांस शो में भाग लेने के लिए मुंबई जा रही है। रिमसा अल्वी का कहना है कि बॉलीवुड फिल्मों तक पहुंचना उनके जीवन का लक्ष्य है, जिसके लिए वह दिन- रात मेहनत कर रही है।
