Jalaun News ( कोंच ) प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार बुधवार की रात कोंच थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम भेड़ में पेदल जा रहे युवक को तेज रफ्तार ट्रक ने बुरी तरह रोंद दिया । हादसा इतना भयानक था मौके पर ही युवक की मौत हो गई । घटना कितनी भयानक थी इसका अंदाजा इस बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि पैदल जा रहे युवक का सिर धड़ से अलग हो गया था और घटनास्थल स्थल से करीब 500 मीटर दूर सड़क पर मिला । पूरी सड़क पर शरीर के अवशेष फैले हुए मिले जिसे एकत्रित करने में पुलिस को काफी मशक्कत करनी पड़ी। यूका चेहरा बुरी तरह से क्षत-विक्षत हालत में मिला जिससे कि उसकी पहचान कर पाना मुश्किल था। ना ही उसके पास था कोई डॉक्यूमेंट प्राप्त हुआ जिससे कि उसकी पहचान की जा सके देर रात तक उसकी पहचान करने में jalaun पुलिस नाकामयाब रही । यह समग्र घटना जालौन कोंच रोड की है ।
प्राप्त जानकारी के मुताबिक कोतवाली क्षेत्र के गाँव भेड़ मे बुधवार रात 8 बजे एक युवक सड़क पैदल जा रहा था तभी पीछे से आ रहा तेज रफ्तार ट्रक उसे कुचलता हुआ तेजी से आगे निकल गया । तभी रास्ते से गुजर रहे राहगीरों ने इस घटना की जानकारी भेंड पुलिस चोकी को दी । मोके पर पहुंची पुलिस भी समझ घटना को देखकर हैरान रह गयी क्योंकि युवक का सिर धड़ से और एक हाथ गायब था । पुलिस के द्वारा आनन-फानन में खोजबीन करने पर युवक हाथ थोड़ी दूर मिला ओर सर तकरीबन आधा किलोमीटर दूर जाकर मिला । पुलिस के सामने सबसे बड़ा सवाल यह था व्यक्ति की शिनाख्त कैसे की जाए। क्योंकि चेहरा बुरी तरह से कुचल हुआ था और व्यक्ति के पास ऐसा कोई डॉक्यूमेंट नहीं था जिससे इस बात का अंदाजा लगाया जा सके कि व्यक्ति कहां से आया है कौन है किस उम्र का है ।
पुलिस ने कपड़ों के आधार पर उसकी खोजबीन करने की कोशिश की लेकिन रात 10:00 तक उसकी कोई शिनाख्त नहीं हो सकी । पुलिस ने पंचनामा भरकर शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है । हालांकि बाद में मृत व्यक्ति की शिनाख्त हो चुकी है मृतक व्यक्ति मध्य प्रदेश जिला निवाड़ी के थाना पृथ्वीपुर गांव जेर के रहने वाला है । व्यक्ति का नाम नंदू बरार पुत्र आसाराम बताया जा रहा है। जो कुछ दिनों पहले अपनी पत्नी रिंकी के साथ अपनी ससुराल ग्राम भेड़ में आया था। पत्नी रिंकी की तहरीर पर अज्ञात वाहन व उसके चालक के खिलाफ एफ आई आर दर्ज की गई है। घटना के बाद व्यक्ति के ससुराल पक्ष का रो -रो कर बुरा हाल है क्योंकि व्यक्ति अपनी ससुराल में कुछ दिन पहले ही आया हुआ था । पत्नी रिंकी काफी रो-रो कर बहुत बुरा हाल है ।
आपको बता दें कि ज्यादातर देखा जाता है कि पुलिस प्रशासन दुपहिया वाहन की चालकों का बिना हेलमेट के चालान काटने में व्यस्त रहती है और चालान कर अपने आपको धन्य महसूस करती है । लेकिन एक तरफ यह कड़वा सच है कि ज्यादातर ट्रकों में नंबर प्लेट ही नहीं लगी होती, उनकी बैक लाइट भी नहीं होती , यदि नंबर प्लेट है भी तो क्षतिग्रस्त रहती है जिससे कि हादसे के वक्त उसकी पहचान आसानी से ना हो सके और वह भागने में कामयाब हो सके । लेकिन पुलिस प्रशासन इन चालकों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करता हुआ कहीं पर नजर नहीं आता। क्योंकि ट्रक चालकों और डंपर चालकों के अंदर पुलिस का खौफ जरा भी नहीं है मनमर्जी तरीके से वाहन चलाते हैं ।
